Finaly! The season was starting to go in the biggest slump of its life but it’s on the last episode for the second season and that means a winner. But not just yet. All the crews that were previously eliminated are back again to take the stage along side the two finalists.
The first performance of the night was from the two finalist So Real and Super Crew. They did a collaboration routine to an unknown song that featured the two crews working together and dissing each other. It was a good opening to the show that had me excited to actually watch the show (and it’s been awhile since that’s happened). Judges loved them and pointed out all their highlights and overall agreed they deserved to be there. As if they would say they didn’t.
Afterwards came all the other crews from all coasts. They were sporting national flags from various countries, I’m assuming in support of the Olympics.

First coast to show was East Coast featuring Boogie Bots, Sassx7 and Phresh Select. All three of these crews aren’t that strong but this routine (whoever choreographed it) made them all look like real dancers. It was a bit cluttered with so many people on stage but it was hyped and that made it worth watching for me.

Next came the South with crews So Real and Distored X. The two crews weren’t as impressive as I had hoped. They weren’t bad but it wasn’t interesting either. Falling back into the slump? If anything, it was cleaner with lesser people on the stage.

Next was the Mid-West featuring ASIID and Extreme Dance Force. Again, it wasn’t that great which disappointed me since ASIID is usually so creative. It held some hype but it pretty much lost its luster after a few seconds. At this point I was expecting a boring finale.

But luckily the best from the West showed up with Super Crew, Fanny Pak and Supreme Soul. Like last season, the West had the strongest routine. It was clean, well choreographed and above all exciting. It was also the best performance in the entire episode.
ABDC has done well to do some charity work and this season they’ve donated their time to a children’s hospital. This season takes a look at hospitalized kids that rarely see the outside of hospital walls meaning they’ve probably don’t know what a Prom is like. So ABDC threw them a Prom. The two finalists along with Shane Sparks danced the night away with the hospitalized children giving what some of them say is “the best night of their life”.

Now back to the show, the judges again state what they like best about the crews. Nothing different from the last episode and overall a really big waste of time; it’s like they tried to make the loser feel better before they made them feel worse. Finally after all is said and done, the winner is finally announced and it is Super Crew. Congratulations to them. They gave a “champion” performance that wasn’t anything special and a weak ending to the show. What I was hoping to see was Jabbawockeez defend their title against Super Crew. Oh well.
There’s going to be a third season and auditions start in October. It is unknown when the actual season will start but of course we’ll let you know.

That was WEAK South Region haha. That’s what you get for combining SoReal with DistortedX
This show should’ve happen last week
West coast perf should be very exciting, I can’t wait
I feel like I need a break for ABDC for awhile. Too much of a good thing you know.

“We’re not cheerleaders”
Yea ok whatever Sassx7
Yup, they gonna do it by region again. West Coast gonna dominate again ^^
Does this mean there’s a big performance with all of them like last season?
The intro was good and all, but I still think the show should’ve ended last week. It’s really annoying how MTV just keeps milking this.
God, I’m getting tired of Lil Mama. Her voice makes me want to rip my ears off.
ROFL! It’s ok man. Let’s just put those scissors away Mr. Van Gogh.
AWESOME OPENING SHOW!!! BEST EVAR!!!
God, I’m getting tired of Lil Mama. Her voice makes me want to rip my ears off.
Man, Super Crew is so much more talented than SoReal. If they don’t win then I dunno what to say.
Cool intro so far!
Choreographed battles aren’t usually great, but this was HOT!

Even though the show is gonna start in 10 mins, we won’t know the winner for another hour and 55 mins…
Are you guys watching the pre-show? I just heard Perez Hilton talk and wow he’s stupid…
If Jabbawockeez voting for SC, then you know SC gonna win.

Sorry about the server hiccups just now, but our live chat will go on tonight.
No worries mate! You’re running a good ship here
