The big question on everyone’s mind is what took BoA so long to cross over?

Let’s face it, BoA was always ready to “Bring on America.” Even before her American debut was officially announced, she was already singing in English. Although she had only started learning English a year ago, there is no question about how well she adapts to singing in English. Then again, she has always had a talent with linguistics.

Further proving that she can run with the big boys, she has previously done collaboration with Westlife for the single “Flying without Wings” and with the famous doll brand Bratz for “Show Me What You Got,” featuring Howie D of the Backstreet Boys. The idea for the dolls was that they were a five-girl music group that celebrated diversity from all over the world. The song lyrics were completely in English but written by Motsu of the Jpop band m.o.v.e. Boa, of course, was amazing in both singles and we can only hope that it’s only the beginning of her American collaborations.

Although we’ve waited for so long, she’s finally made her debut, and fans everywhere are rejoicing. Let’s hope she can “Bring on America” and turn into the “Best of America.”

Could be better imo but whatever. haha

If she makes it then I guess it works out.

The market for Asian singers in the US is a lot stronger now than it was before.

So what really did take her so long?

Well she’s definitely got the moves.

It’ll be really hard to believe if she doesn’t.

I love that picture of her.

I know she’ll do great! She has it in her.

She worked with Bratz? Hrm never knew.
