A picture is worth a thousand words, but I only can think of a few for these. As David has blogged earlier, 2008 is full of memorable moments that can continuously be remembered with photos.

Here are a few from the year that can make me smile, cry and laugh.


Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony

Who can forget the Beijing Olympics? Well there’s me but nonetheless, the opening ceremony was one I’ll remember for the rest of my life despite being slightly ruined by SBS.


iPhone Girl

This photo was highly talked about for awhile. Apparently one of the workers who assemble the iPhone, took a photo and forgot to delete it. The owner of the iPhone later posted the photo and now she’s famous.


Go die somewhere else!

Despite all the Engrish hater, you have to admit it does serve a purpose. While this one isn’t exactly filled with heartfelt “chicken breasts”, it is something you wouldn’t see everyday (or anywhere for that matter).


Bobby Lee is John McCain

Nothing says white male like a chubby Asian guy. Bobby Lee has been a rising star since debuting on MAD TV this year especially after his McCain impersonation.


Ninjas Vote

Though they aren’t stealthy, these college kids have done their part in promoting voting. Apparently they stole a bunch of voting flyers and passed them out to people on campus. Btw, congratulations to Barack Obama.


Tony Leung and Carina Lau

Here is one of their wedding photos along side temple monks. These two finally got married after a forever long relationship. I can only imagine how long it’ll take them to have kids.


Rain’s Magic Stick

Not only is he wearing pink, but he’s also wearing boxers. Rain has been under constant scrutiny all year but in spite of all that, he continues to put his full effort (and body) into his career


T.O.P Kisses Hyori Lee

Even guys who look like Sulu can make out with sexy girls like Hyori Lee. The Big Banger managed to kiss the pop diva at the MKMF awards as part of their performance. Of course it was planned out.

My favorite of these photos is the Beijing Olympics. I became teary eyed watching the opening and closing ceremonies! I was broken hearted when Tony Leung got married, I’ve had a crush on him for forever! Bobby Lee was a nut as McCain he made me laugh!
