I have a weakness for cute cosplayers like this one. Unfortunately, I don’t read Japanese (/cough but Jerry does) so I do not know the model’s name. However she is cosplaying as Fate/stay night’s Saber. While Saber usually wears a blue outfit, this particular Saber was a figma that was included with the game when released.
