. . . Sorry. Wrong competition. Seriously, reading “Vikings Win its First Kimchi Bowl Title” bought many strange images in my mind. First I was thinking of the Minnesota Vikings doing some mad kimchi eating contest. Then real Vikings from the ancient times popped into my head, and I’m wondering if they borrowed a bunch of sauerkrauts from ancient Deutschland.

But nope, I’ve been living under a rock, apparently. There’s a Korean American Football Association (KNFL) in South Korea, and they have their version of the Super Bowl. This year, Shipping-Land Vikings won. Not sure what company Shipping-Land is . . . but okay.

Now that I know of such thing, as a dedicated NFL fan, I should go to the game and bring plenty of kimchi with me. . . . NOT. I’ll leave the football dedication to my dad.
