ESL doesn’t come easy to everyone, and those who are not very skilled in English are considered slow minded, for lack of a better term. Due to most native speakers having no experience with learning a new language, they see broken English as an unattractive quality. Misunderstanding this difficulty leaves some unappreciative to those who earnestly make attempts at a new dialect.
