What would the Wonder Girls be without their power rapper Kim Yoobin? Yoobin was trained under Good Entertainment for about two years before she was chosen to replace former member Hyun Ah. The change was very quick, and needless to say, it was a tough situation for her. The Wonder Girls already experienced some fame with their hit song “Irony,” but hit a rocky point from both the loss of Hyun Ah and the injury Sohee incurred while filming the movie 뜨거운 것이 좋아 (”I Like It Hot“).

But Yoobin made her debut right in time for the hit song “Tell Me” in September 2007″:

It was really hard because all of the other members already had their musical debut together, while I had to experience it alone. I worried a lot, but luckily, “Tell Me” did very well. It was the turning point of my life.

And what an amazing turning point it was. Obviously, a lot of responsibility was put on Yoobin, and she needed to adjust to the situation quickly, and that she did (not to mention doing it very well, too). Because of her effortless sense of soul and spiciness, it took no time for fans to love her for her hot flows and her sultry appeal. She may be the newest addition, but she’s the missing piece of pure hip hop flavor the Wonder Girls needed to complete the pop puzzle. Go Yoobin!

Needless to say, she is my ultimate favourite in the Wonder Girls (although I love all the other girls as well raspberry) ... she’s so adorable - cute and sexy at the same time which is rare but she pulls it off so well. She’s so dorkable in MTV Season 3 - YEBIN YAY!
