We’ve already got a lot of good entries. There’s only about seven days left to enter! Remember, last chance to enter is midnight the 26th EST.

First, some clarifications: The grand prize winner, 1st runner up, and 2nd runner up, you’re not just getting one autographed Wonder Girl item, you’re getting at least three things autographed if you win. Also the grand prize winner can get more things autographed since they are meeting the Wonder Girls personally. So I’m saying, if you’re the grand prize winner, it’ll be krazy of you not to bring some Wonder Girl stuff for autographs.

I just did some inventory of our Wonder Girl stock. It looks like I have more than I thought. What to do with all these autographed merchandise…

I guess I should do another contest, but Ningin has already done so many… How bout this… three random entries from the Wonder Girls Dance Contest gets something autographed from the Wonder Girls. So not only are we giving prizes to the best performances, we’re also giving everyone else a random chance of winning something cool.

So to summarize:
3 Winners, will get one (1) autographed Wonder Girls merchandise. Winners can choose between an autographed poster, cd, t-shirt, or whatever else we have in stock.

All you have to do is submit an entry to our Wonder Girls Dance contest. And yes, submitting multiple entries does increase your chances of winning this bonus contest.

I agree that some of the videos in the Top 11 did surprise me but everyone must’ve worked hard to do what they did… so instead of complaining .. people should just wish them good luck! Go Top 11!


I’m kind of glad my group didn’t get picked since everyone’s complaining, aha. We were far from the best, but we worked hard with coming up with the outfits, staying afterschool until 8 pm on school days, dancing in heels, and just learning the dance, period… But we didn’t necessarily do a perfect dance. So everyone else would have been pissed. xD

I knew three of them were going to get top 10 for sure! Even though three others from the list were very questionable according to the criteria, they were still entertaining. So congrats to everyone~

I just have to agree though, that groups are far more impressive than solo people. And there are only two groups up there.. Is it because one person is less of a hassle?..
I’m kidding. raspberry

I’m positive everyone worked hard on their submission, but to assume that some of us didn’t is just not right.


You know it’s one thing to be mad that you got picked but to rag on someone else’s hard work is just....immature.

Anyways can we drop this now? Complaining about who got picked isn’t going to do anything.

I’d like to know why that’d be funny too.  I worked HARD on learning and practicing my moves, and I’m sure HelloJeffy did as well.


I wasn’t a contestant but all I’m reading is a lot of whining. All these videos look good to me and complaining about the judging isn’t going to do anything.


So we’re still on this? lol

ningin was looking for such a specific type of video. they should’ve just said so. it was like they already had one type of video in mind. their dance video judging criteria in their FAQ or contest rules was total blasphemy.


there is a difference between editing to edit mistakes… and then there is editing to make the video interesting like having a story.

I feel like some people are going to get so mad, to the point that they will get mad at the Wonder girls.  Crazy fans.  I’m happy for the people who got into the finals, but i feel as if Ningin was biast agains editing.  Some entires i saw had great story lines and cute tranitions but werent picked.  Im a dancer as well and i do agree that dancing is an expression of feeling, but i mean, some entries were tons better than those.  I just saying, no hating.

ya i guess ur right, i dont think they wanted more than 1 cut cause then that shows the level of your dancing the whole thing and stuff lol

Seriously, if you were looking for creativity and less editing rather than the dance, why didnt ya say so? Man, i should’ve just filmed on a cliff and just forgotten about the dance. I really want to question you guys how that hellojeffy kid made the cut, was it his creativeness or was it his scrawny little body that turned you guys on. I think i should take my shirt off as well in next year’s contest, i think it will increase my chances, sikee im not that dumb. There were way better videos than these and cmon you guys know i’m right. Maybe some of you don’t really care about the results because maybe you didnt practice as hard as maybe others did. Now, i’m not saying that the guys who give ningin so much sympathy didn’t work as hard as other contestants, because there are some very nice people out there y’know, haha but those people are pretty rare. Well at least ningins got some brain because i see that platinumheart is one of the 10 finalists. Congradulations, i wish the best of luck for you platinumheart;)

id like to add that i practiced soo much to the point my studies started dropping… lol… i would practice for soo many hours but i guess it did not come out that nicely on camera during the filming day. i got pretty upset for not making it, but im better now because i guess its not what we are destined to do/be. if one were to be evaluated like this, i would wonder how trainees are evaluated every month.. comes to show that this world is not all that it seems you know? maybe ningin staff did that for jokes? lol to stir up some rowdyness in all of us bwahahah.

^^ i understand many people are upset and confused about the top 11…
and i myself was kind of surprised.. but still…
i think most of top 11 have reasons why they got chosen to be semi-finalists
oh and also.. i can tell some of them really put their time and efforts in to the dance… i just wish all top 11 best of their lucks!
and i’ll just wait for the winners on 3/3 smile

Ningin picked the most simplest, easiest, the least time/effort used type of videos as their final 10. this is so disappointing. 6 of them are in their bedroom with their webcam. There were so many videos that had obviously way more effort put in. while minimum editing is important, does it really have to be no storyline? some videos i saw had some great storylines that made the videos that much more enjoyable. Creative doesn’t mean JUST dancing. Creativity also means background, story, editing - whatever makes the video THAT much more enjoyable. Also, if you say you are judging on synchronization, It disappoints me that 8 of the videos have only ONE person. obviously its way more “synchronized” cuz its one damn person! as this is a video/dance contest. everything about the video should have been included. Also, having a group of people dance together is way more impressive - even if they are not totally in sync. it means they got together to learn the dance with each other. They spread the joy and probably pulled in their friends who might not know Wonder Girls. The single dancer videos are the closet Wonder Girl Fans. Sad Ningin. VERY sad. I didn’t even submit a video and i’m upset.


Well anyways...congrats! haha

Even if they were to redo the voting, what if the results are the same? Or you’re not happy with the new results?

Dance is not only about technical skills. It is also an art form of expression, and of course that includes creativity. Since when was dance not creative...? raspberry

When did I say dance was not art? Please don’t twist my words. In all honesty, I am speaking for everyone here. Some of the winners were creative yes, and some were amazing. Congratulations to them. But there were alot better ones I have seen than some of those. From the beginning, this was a dance contest. DANCE CONTEST.

In all seriousness, we are not obligated to tell you how to win this contest. You were all given creative freedom over all of your dance numbers.

It’s completely your freedom to choose. But if alot of people are complaining about the same exact thing, there must be something wrong with the judging right?
However, most of them were really GOOD. Congratulations to them (: There were just a few that questioned everyone.
Anyways, Congrats to the semifinalists who were really good!

You can’t say that everyone was picked on creativity because obviously some videos were just plain jane but the dancer was very skilled.

Very disappointed contest ....for a dance contest: U need to be creative,show emotion in your dancing and most important..u have to D.A.N.C.E correctly at the beat of the music…

Is not a Wonderful video contest is a DANCE contest, and to know that that’s the best of the wonderfuls in the US is just sad.
