The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) is a maximum security prsion in Cebu, Philliphines, so who would have known they would turn out to be wonderfuls?

Famous for their Michael Jackson – Thriller dance video, these inmates are back at it again with Wonder Girls – Nobody. These inmates began their dancing after the security advisor, Byron Garcia, started a choreographed exercise program for the inmates. And yes, he has his own Youtube channel filled with all their dance videos.
