Japan is infamous for their weird train ride stories including this one. A perverted man from Koga City has just been arrested for pouring a foul smelling liquid onto a 22 year old woman riding a local train. According to on board passengers, the liquid smelled like rotten fish but wasn’t accurately identified. Police are currently analyzing the liquid to identify the substance. There have also been similar reports since the beginning of the year.

Talk about disgusting! I can only imagine what the fluids are but lets hope they’re nothing too bad like bodily fluids. I’m surprised this freak hasn’t been apprehended already.
