2PM’s “Again & Again” MV evoked only one emotion from me when it debuted last week: Regret. Regret from exhibiting the restraint to throw my panties at 2pm when I saw them perform live during the JYP tour last month. Regret from making the decision to not risk the possibility of a UTI by using their “Only You” acoustic performance as an opportunity to take a leak. Regret from not taking advantage of Nichkun’s stint at stateside living because at one point he did live less than an hour away from me. Got your interest. Nothing perverted, this is just a new indie movie which is going to be released soon and I think if you guys have a chance to go check it out. I did see this movie at the LA Asian Film Festival last year and was pleasantly surprised at how good the movie was. It was well written and had a very effective cast. I am usually skeptical while watching an indie movie because independent directors usually only care about the lead and the supporting cast is usually ignored. In this case, the supporting cast is what made the movie, especially Gerry Bednob and Jalleel White who steal every scene they are in. More »

Couple of days ago, I left my bedroom and headed for the computer room, where I had to pass my mother who was watching the Korean news. Before I entered the computer room, my mother suddenly asked, “Do you go to these places on the Internet to talk about suicide?” I scowled at her and said, “Mum, I don’t bother to go to those sites, much less search for them!” Right after that, I had an inkling that suicides must be popping up all over Korea again, but I didn’t really pay attention to it until I saw this article. I feel like this phase is the one that’s long overdue. The EXP system, sometimes also called our reputation or reward system, is basically just that, a means of keeping track of your reputation here on Ningin and also a means of rewarding you. We ended up calling it EXP because it’s very much akin to experience points in video games and because it’s just short to say and type.
