On Cyworld; which is basically the equivalent to the US Myspace or Facebook, newcomers After School locked in the Rookie of the Month title. After School, if you are unfamiliar with them, are a pop dance group produced by Pledis Entertainment, best known for Son Dam Bi. They’re led by one of BoA’s sr. dancers named Park Ji Young (Stagename: Park Kahi). The rest of the lineup includes 5 other girls, Kim Jung Ha, Beka, Lee Joo Yeon, Yoo So Yeong, and Uee. They debuted on 12.29.2008 at SBS InkiGayo.

Btw, they took a page out of Britney Spears “Do Something” and have that pink car…

my korean friend told me they were pretty much Korean version of Pussy Cat Dolls…
but after listening to After School, i think they are better than PCD ^_^

NO way man! After School OWNS Pussycat Dolls! At least AS members all sing .. PCD is mainly Nicole -.-

I’m in love with Ga Hi, Jung Ah and Becka! Those girls rock! <-- or maybe I just have a thing for female rappers LOL

Jung Ah’s deep voice is totally awesome while Ga Hee and Becka set the stage on fire with their rap. I really like Ah! and their newst song, Diva, is pretty catchy too.

I’m hoping for some Wonder School (Wonder Girls and After School) action since UEE is Yoobin’s best friend ^__^
