Asian American filmmakers Eric Byler and Annabel Park will host an advance screening of their latest feature film project 9500LIBERTY this Thursday, May 21. Acclaimed author John Grisham (THE PELICAN BRIEF, A TIME TO KILL, THE CLIENT, THE FIRM, THE RAINMAKER) will be Master of Ceremonies for the event.
9500LIBERTY is a documentary based on the 9500LIBERTY YouTube series and covers nearly 2 years of fighting over immigration in Prince William County, Virginia. There will also be a presentation on the impact of Prince William County’s actions and the work of the Legal Aid Justice Center’s Immigrant Advocacy Program.
