This week it was reported that Teddy of 1TYM kindly rejected the offer to produce for radio smash artist Lady GaGa due to scheduling conflicts with 2ne1.

It’s also been reported that Son Dam Bi also rejected an offer to act in the film Hype Nation due to her own contract obligations.

Although these would be great opportunities not only for the artists themselves but for the name of Korean stars paving the road into the U.S., its quite understandable that their loyalty and contractual obligations is first and foremost of importance. Perhaps they are setting an example of honor and reliability, as well as integrity. They could not simply cannot walk away from a commitment already signed, even if the latest offer is much bigger. We understand that these artists are in HIGH demand. I hope that the ones offering do respect that even more, and extend these offers in the future.
