In New York City, it’s that time of the year again. When birds are singing, Central Park is abuzz, drunk people wander around the Lower East Side all nite long, and it’s time for Asian films! Subway Cinema is once again throwing the New York Asian Film Festival with a monster schedule this year. (Check it here.) To sweeten up the summer even more, Subway Cinema and Ningin are combining forces to give out TWELVE free tickets to (almost) any screening of the NYAFF. How do you win? Easy. Follow these instructions and no one gets hurt:

1. Send a PM (personal message) to David Hou with “SUBWAY CINEMA ROCKS” in the subject line.
2. Write your name, email and phone number in the message body.
3. List TWO screenings you’d like to see. Your number one pick, and an alternate screening if your first pick is sold out. This where the “almost any screening” part comes in. You can’t win tickets to screenings that have already sold out. You also can’t pick the opening and closing nite screenings. But fear not, you’ve got an incredible schedule to choose from. Good luck picking only two!
4. Send it by 9pm EST, Thursday, June 18.

We’ll pick six winners at random. Each winner will receive two tickets each. Winners will be contacted by PM and announced on Friday, June 19, here on Ningin. You don’t have to live in NYC to enter, but you’ve got to get yourself to NYC on your own. Tickets will be waiting for you at the box office window of IFC Center or Japan Society depending on your screening location.
