And they really can. Asuka Kondah, Karla Garcia, Kupono Aweau are worth tuning into the 5th season of Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance.” I’m not fluent in dance, (nor can I dance for that matter) but 3 Asian Americans in the top 20 ain’t bad.

With Asuka hailing from my native Orange County and “Wicked” alumna Karla being Filipino American and all of them basically being super talented, I’m at a loss of who to root for. Regardless, they represent a diverse mix of dancing styles from contemporary to Latin jazz. They make for not-boring dancing competition! Czech ‘em out:
