Another Sunday, another set of winners. We really do have quite a few contests going on. For the month of July there’s a chance to win a monthly prize, four chances to win a weekly prize, and 31 chances to win a daily prize! Make sure to tell you friends =)

First, let’s get to this week’s BoA poster winners. To refresh your memory, these are different collectors’ BoA posters from before that’s specially designed for a past Ningin event. The lucky winners who’ll receive them this week are: cheekybodacious, ryu00 and phanxuanna12297. Fourth through tenth and winning honorable mention: Misters0freshh, HelloJeffy, buttack5, ludachris714, vuong22, DannyTruong, and Sakura.

Now onto some odds and ends:

The privacy setting on our EXP correctly works now. This allows you to set who can see your EXP record, everyone, just friends, or no one.

StellerPebbles
was kind enough to join our mod staff on our interim basis as HelloJeffy goes on his sojourn in Taiwan.

Last week I a introduced pin game for Entertainment Weekly’s Must List issue and never got around to announcing the winners. (The pins have been given awhile ago however.) The correct answers are Olivia Munn and Alexa Chung. cheekybodacious, ryu00, and naivenostalgia got some combination of them correct. In the future we’re going to make is so that multiple people can win a pin rather than just one winner. Pins and pin games are too much work otherwise!

A lot of you are asking for the exact scoring breakdown of our EXP system. The EXP system is intended to measure how involved you are with the Ningin community, not how badly you want to get something for free. We don’t mind rewarding people who contribute but we will take issue with people who spam our comments.

Plus, EXP is still only a couple months old so we’re still fine tuning values from all the data we’re collecting. For reference, if I had to give a version number to our EXP system it’ll be something like 0.11 Beta. We also don’t want to make this too hardcore where people start writing guides and walkthroughs. We especially don’t want you guys to do one thing over another repeatedly because it’ll give you more points. Just know that 10 points is a trivial number to get each day which many people can get in under a minute. There’s currently 54 ways to score points. I’ll eventually get to listing them all when they’ve been tested and working without bugs.
