You know we thought Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs was a bad movie. When I wrote up the pin game results for that it was at 35% and has been steadily climbing to 44% now. Not the case for Blood: The Last Vampire. When I first wrote up this pin game it was at 29%. On Weds when the contest ended, it was at 25% (see screenshot). At the time of this writing it’s at 18%.
The Rottentomatoes consensus: Based on a classic anime series, Blood: The Last Vampire is a tedious, shoddily acted, amateurish picture that loses all charm in the transition to live-action.
There’s good and bad to take away from that. The bad is that there’s very little good to take away. I suppose the good is that it can’t get much worst. In all seriousness, you wonder if this means there will be less live-action anime from now on. I don’t think so. There were a bunch of bad comic book movies before there was X-Men, Spider Man, and Iron Man. There’s still bad comic book movies now. *cough* Watch Men *cough*
So who won? Well niichan hit it on the nose at 25%. ryu00, vuong22, iPsD, AkuenKigahen, snowdropz, and phanxuanna12297 all made it within the 3% spread. That’s two in a row for phanxuanna12297! Congrats to all those listed, you guys win the Saya Pin!
