According to the new promo video featuring Quest Crew, the previous season’s winning crew/my cousin’s roomates, season 4 of ABDC will now broadcast on MTV on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. PST/8 p.m. CST. The new season’s competing crews have been announced on MTV, and judging by descriptions, this season’s gonna be a toughy. Check out the new ABDC promo:
