Sometimes, I feel like I’m a dysfunctional faucet. Lucky for you, I only leak the goods. A preview of a song from G-Dragon’s upcoming solo album was leaked by the man himself via Me2day. Think Twitter but for Korea. The song is called Butterfly and for only being a 30-second long preview, its gone above and beyond my expectations. It basically sounds like the beginning of a song you’d find on indie music buzz blogs a la Stereogum.com. Not at all like the avant garde hip hop I was expecting. However, 30 seconds is 30 seconds. So people, is this a hit or a miss?

G-Dragon’s album is out Aug. 18 in Korea.
