There is another issue on SM Entertainment’s hands. It’s true SM Entertainment is probably the biggest Korean pop entertainment corporation. They have some of the biggest names, and largest amount of singers and actors under their name including DBSK, Super Junior, SNSD, SHINee, and f(x). However, this year doesn’t look to great for them despite SNSD’s “Gee” and some other activities done by the SM’s groups.

A few months ago, DBSK sued SM Entertainment. A week after that, they got sued by Crebeau Cosmetics. This time, Super Junior’s Kang In was involved with an assault case. He went to a pub with a friend, but got into an argument that escalated into an assault. SM quickly gave a response to this problem:

“Kangin has been involved in an incident involving assault. However, he was not involved in the actual assault, even though he was present. Kangin has maintained that he is innocent. He is just assisting in the investigations because he was an eye-witness.”

As for now, he is being charged. Investigations are being made into this case to find out what really happened. I do hope that nothing is serious, and Kang In will be free of charge. I have faith in SM Entertainment. In my opinion, they will always remain the top of the food chain among the other entertainment companies.
