Just to remind you all while you read this and eat your lunch (Ham Sandwich anyone?) I hope these girls knew to expect a plethora of jokes coming out of every blog out there. Music groups named after food has been a common occurrence in the past several decades, and actually some of the best ones, are. (Examples: Noodles, Meatloaf, the Cranberries). Just to let you know, the name HAM stands for “Heart And Mind.”

As of right now, you can catch a preview of their debut track. With several girl groups coming up this fall, I hope they (and every girl group) have something to set them apart. Please open up a fresh package of HAM this Sept. 23 when their album and music video releases!
