Rookie group, SHU-I, released their first music video for “Bomb Bomb Bomb”! In the time where a lot of new female groups are debuting, a rookie boy group arrives! Watching their music video, it seems like only one guy in the main singer, while the other are just in it for looks or dancing.
I don’t know if that is a good strategy, but then again, ever since SM, YG, and JYP first started in Korea, many other Korean entertainment companies have been established and been trying to do the same as those three entertainment companies.
My opinion on SHU-I, is that they needed more practice. Having one guy sing 75% of the song, I don’t think that’s smart. You might as well make him go solo! The song and the music wasn’t as catchy and appealing. Maybe 2009 was a year to debut only female groups.
What do you guys think of the video?
