Have you ever entered a Japanese sushi restaurant with your friends and had no idea what you’re eating but ordered anyways to look smooth, only to screw up the pronunciation of the roll, making yourself look like a fool? Well, have no fear! A sushi app is here!
Called the Sushi Catalogue, this application for the iPhone and iTouch lets you view 80 different kinds of sushi full with detailed descriptions, pictures and Japanese pronunciations. Very useful, right? There’s even sub-categories you can browse through which includes different toppings, preparations, and presentations.
If you’re a sushi lover and have an iPhone or iTouch and can spare $4.99, why not try the app? I would get it if 1) I had an iPhone or iTouch and 2) the price was cheaper. I don’t go out to eat sushi often so 5 bucks is a lil too much for me to spend on something like this. Yeah, I’m cheap like that.
