Kang In’s apology was simply not enough. For his hit and run DUI case that just occurred, Kang In will be suspended from all activities (TV shows, commercials, performances, everything) until New Year’s Eve.

It seems like the fans are reacting accordingly surprisingly enough, not blindly saying he did no wrong. Against millions of fans, I think that’s already punishment enough to hear all of that nagging 24 hours a day. However, as I’ve said in the previous blog, Korean record labels have a way of punishing their artists as if they were their children. Over 18? Too bad, you’re going to your room without pay…for 3 months. Living in America? Oh rejoice, lets increase your pay and see what other bad things we can do tomorrow for the paparazzi.

According to SM, the band mates are also displeased with Kang In, as a remembrance of the critical car accident they were all involved in not long ago that caused near fatal injuries. It has affected Lee Teuk the most.

Well Kang In, I surely hope you can get back to the straight path, I believe you can because I know you love your career, fans and friends more than the bottle.

So he’s not allowed to be in any activities til the year is over. I guess he deserves it for what he’s done, but I feel bad for him.
