So you think you’ve made it, you put in your hard work, sweat, blood and tears and tell your parents you’d help them live a good retirement. Oops, you forgot that signed your life away to a piss poor Korean label. How else do you think all these groups debut? Where does the money come from, you ask? Nowhere is right.
Why are they broke? VOS just left. I suppose If I was living off of bologna on hand (literally a slice of bologna a day) I’d run like hell to another company. So the Empire did not strike back, and they are staying. Good luck to them.
So now what? This boy band will have to perform without the aid of their promised managers, PR, promo team, and perhaps without bodyguards? Basically their pay will be only 100K KRW or $100 per performance/per member, and will nOT be performing in Arenas, but next to the bums in market corners with guitars. Who’s going to lug around the equipment? That’s right, most of you get paid this much as an 18 year old temp stuffing envelopes all day or flipping burgers. That’s not the worst part of it. They will have to sleep in the great outdoors in their own tents, exposing themselves to mosquito bites, robbers and so forth.
And I don’t think its fair that some of you are scoffing that they should suffer just because you do too. Entertainers earn their living and worked hard to get there. It’s only because you’re jealous.
Note: And yeah, this is still the only picture of them. Without any promo, you’re lucky we even have a picture!
