These new hot phone apps introduced by Girls’ Generation, are like the equivalence of iPhone applications. How sweet is that! I’ve always wondered if Korean mobile companies will develop something like the iPhone. Korea is well known for creating phones such as LG, Samsung, and Helio.
SK Telecom, a service provider like Verizon, decided to make something like what iTunes have. (Interesting fact about SK Telecom is that they made Cyworld. It’s like the Korean Myspace and Facebook, but more myspace.) They made their own T Store — I am not certain if the apps work just like iTunes apps, where people can design them for practically anything, and buy them for their iTouch or iPhone, but it is certainly similar to it.
SK Telecom needed someone bright and pretty, and of course, they chose Girls’ Generation. I even have a Girls’ Generation screensaver, where they are holding Samsung phones and it has a number on it that tells the time. Anyways, Girls’ Generation gave an introduction to some of the basic apps in the new phones. They range from like games-shopping-English-stretching-and a lot more. When I saw these girls making their introduction, it made me want to throw away my new iTouch and get their phone just for Girls’ Generation. Well, maybe not that much. This iTouch is pretty nice, but I also do want those new Korean phone apps. It even has an awesome gun game! If you look at the video, you will want this new phone that has these apps too!
