SHINee, one of my favorite guy groups in Kpop right now have just released the music video for their new song, “Ring Ding Dong.” The best part about SHINee is that they sort of sing different songs other than normal Kpop songs considering they are a “contemporary group,” which they are. Their songs from “Noonan nomu Yeppuh” (*Older Girl* you are so pretty), Love Like Oxygen, A.Mi.Go, Juliette and now Ring Ding Dong has a new feel and rhythm. More »

This October, many will rise, but only few may stand. I don’t make up the rules, it’s just the natural order of things. The sheer amount of Kpop groups coming up this Fall is in record breaking numbers, and it’s only hurting their chances of standing out of the competition. It’s the rule of competition. If 12 or so groups are debuting in a month, of the same genre, it’s the peoples’ natural selection to rule out the ones who are the least. More »

B2ST changes their name and releases their new song, Bad Girl! I was impressed with their dance skills, but their songs are pretty good. Again I say, I can’t really tell if they have good vocals because of all the autotuning and pitch correction tools they are using, but the song is good. I love this type of intro.
