True, November is Ninja month for Ningin. However, if for some reason I had to replace the ninja theme, I’d go with epic. A lot of epic things are happening this month, and that includes the release of John Woo’s 2-part epic Chinese war film, Red Cliff. Red Cliff is the retelling of the Battle of Red Cliffs, set at the end of the Han Dynasty. It’s also reportedly the most expensive Asian film production of all time — that’s pretty epic. Wanna know what else is epic? The Red Cliff pin game.

Guess the Rottentomatoes score the movie will have on Friday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. EST to win the one of a kind Red Cliff pin featuring one of my future husbands, Takeshi Kaneshiro. You have until Weds, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. EST to guess. Any entries after that will not count. The leeway will be 5%.

Currently, Red Cliff has a Rottentomatoes score of 88%. The consensus reveals, “Featuring some impressively grand battlefield action, John Woo returns to Asia and returns to form in the process for this lavish and slick historical epic.” Things are looking good for Red Cliff now, but as its happened in the past…things could change.
