Crebeau also disagrees with SM Entertainment’s claim that the cosmetic company was the reason of this quarrel. Crebeau Cosmetics found it absurd that SM Entertainment would try and change the real reason of why the three members of DBSK sued SM Entertainment by saying it was Crebeau’s fault for leading DBSK to break the contract and want more money.

Crebeau’s President of the Korean branch of Crebeau has already sued SM’s CEO and spoke on how the company was greatly damaged worldwide because of what SM has accused. Crebeau continued saying DBSK did make investments, but weren’t part of the ownership. They even spoke that some SM representatives came to China to talk it over and allowed DBSK to work with the cosmetic company because it did not break the contract. Now, Crebeau is amazed that SM would bring them into this case. (Did they forget Yunho and Changmin too?)

In my opinion, I think the issue is because of Crebeau intervening and the contract. I think both reasons were why the three members felt some unfairness in the contract and felt like they had to take it to court. I also know that Crebeau did not contact SM Entertainment, and that is definitely a major part to why SM would get angry. Crebeau tried using TVXQ without SM’s approval. This is getting interesting. So far, it’s Xiah, Jaejoong, Micky, and Crebeau against SM Entertainment, Yunho, and Changmin.
