It’s nice to see Sunrise working on turning a Gundam novel into anime. Their more recent series (Gundam 00, Seed, Destiny) just didn’t feel right to me. Hopefully this encourages more Universal Century stuff (the original gundam timeline) to get animated. It feels bad missing out on a huge chunk of the story just because I can’t read the novels/manga like Crossbone Gundam and Hathaway’s Flash.

I first learned of Gundam Unicorn from seeing the master grade model kit. I fell in love with the design right away. When I looked it up, I was upset to see it was a novel only. I was pretty excited with the announcement for the OVA treatment, especially because Gundam 00 was so disappointing. And Sinanju, the red mobile suit shown above, just made my heart skip a beat.

This actually looks good. I also was disappointed with Gundam 00 and Seed;Destiny. I’m still going to watch the second season of 00 though despite that.

for some odd reason, the female in that videoclip reminded me of seo in young

I hope this series of Gundam is better than the last two or three. I have not really paid much attention to Gundam since with the exception of the huge 60 footer Gundam statue in Japan. I do like the art style in this one so I really hope that this story is better.
