i fond it kind of humorous that i knew about this whole double eyelid thing for a while now and a few of my asian friends recently found out about this and were amazed by the tape XD

Wow, I didnt know that there was an alternative for getting “fake” double eyelid by using tape

So much effort just to get double eyelids.. :S
^ I too discovered that this whole double eyelid thing matters with Japanese people. I remember browsing through youtube and saw a video of this with the girl using the glue method. I thought it was pointless. Still do. But I guess it’s just one of those appearance things women obsess about.

^ I still want to hug her and call her a teddy bear, though

Funny how you have this article. When I was young, all I knew was Vietnamese people and its more rare to have single eyelids, as every one of my relatives and parents friends had double eyelids. It wasn’t until I met Japanese people that I discovered the single eyelid thing.
I kind of find this dumb. IF you have an attractive face then you have one.
