Crow’s Claw is a fan group that does metal versions of music from Final Fantasy, Touhou, Tsukihime, Fate/Stay Night and Ragnarok Battle Offline. They have around 9 albums currently and it’s worth checking out, especially if you liked any of the original music. They also have some decent original stuff but their versions of Touhou music is what stands out the most. My personal favorite out of all of their music is “Rogres” from their “Broken Phantasm” album which is mostly Type/Moon music.
