Thanks to Red Spade Entertainment and Ningin, I had my chance of going to the Sundown Seoul’d Out Festival’s press conference in Singapore. It was held at the Marina Mandarin Hotel’s function room Dec. 11. Artists that the press were up close and personal with include F.T. Island, Brown Eyed Girls, T-Max, Mario and Lee Ji Su.

First up was T-Max! Members Kim Joon, Shin Min Chul, Park Yun Hwa were all very polite and smiley throughout the entire interview, but Min Chul did most of the talking.

Qn 1. Are others jealous of Kim Joon acting in Boys Over flowers?
[T-max] This is a common question. Well, a little jealous but we don’t look at it that way. It’s an opportunity for everyone. We are not taking it as an individual activity but as a team!

Qn 2. What kind of fans are expected for the Seoul’d Out festival?
[T-max] It’s the first for T-max as well, so tomorrow will be a date between us and fans.

Qn 1. Your music is defined as hybrid soul, genre that mixes R&B and hip-hop music. How do you feel about that?
[Narsha/Je-a] Actually our first intention was not just R&B and hip-hop. We wanna try a wide variety of music as possible to show to our fans.

Qn 2. What can fans expect from tomorrow’s (12th December) performance?
[Narsha/Je-a] We got to know that there are so many fans in Singapore, and instead of doing something new, we are thinking of bringing what we do in Korea. Even the outfits, we bring the one we wore in Korea.

Qn 3. Since the 4 of you are such pretty ladies, what is the craziest act a male fan has done to you girls?
[Narsha/Je-a] Well, all fans are special and the fact that we are girl band, we’ll meet male fans especially in military events and all-male universities. They’re so passionate. Whatever we do, they love us.

[Asked by Me] Qn 4. Ga-In is a married couple with 2am’s Jo Kwon in ‘We got Married,’ do they get along well? How does he treat her?
[Ga In] *Ga-In smiled so sweetly here* 2am’s Jo Kwon and I play the role of a married couple in ‘We got Married’ variety show. His character shown in the show is pretty much similar to real life. I play the role of a sassy girl in the show and he really nags alot. We are good friends in real life.

Qn 1. How do you feel being part of this inaugural Kpop festival along-side your fellow Kpop artists?
[Hong Ki] From the last time, this is our 2nd time here. Really, thank you for inviting us here again. In future, we hope to have a concert of our own here.

Qn 2. You have a very big following here in Singapore. What do you have to say to fans who have bought the tickets to the event?
[Hong Ki] Well it has been awhile since we last came here and I’m really excited to be here. I’m really glad to see all of you here and the opportunity to meet you fans is a real good thing.

[Asked by Me] Qn 3. Is Hong Ki’s character in the popular drama series ‘You’re Beautiful’ as Jeremy similar or different to his character in real life?
[Hong Ki] Do you think it’s the same or different? Well, I would say about 70% of our characters are the same?
