Are you an aspiring James Bond villain or evil genius? Do you happen to have money sitting around in big bags collecting dust? Well maybe you’re the right kind of person to buy an island in Japan.

The Japanese government just announced that they were selling the small island of Mitsuko. The island is South of Hiroshima City, and sits within the Seto Naikai (Inland Sea). The island was used as a hospital during the war, but hasn’t been touched since. All you have to do is go in there, clear away a whole lot of weeds and trees, and start building your evil lair.

(Though who would want to buy it? The inland sea is really really really gross. I would know. I once made the mistake of swimming in it.)
