Ninginers! As of today, think of me not as Jinra, Mother Ningin, but as Queen Jinranidas. Looming ahead in the not-so-distant horizon of 2010 is a grand sporting event of epic proportions. For an event as grand as this, I call upon you to prepare for glory! From Jan. 2 to 4, Ningin will host the birth of the first official Mixr League Gaming (MLG) Tournament. Teams that compete in the MLG are formed of both Mixr staff and community members based on cyberathletic ability in flash games.

Ningin will host weekly MLG tournaments that are structured as such:
- 2 teams (from different Mixr sites), 5 members to a team, 7 games.
- MLG tournaments are a best of 7 series with each game counting as one point.
- To win a game and thus one point, teams must have the highest score for that game by the end date of the round. Whichever team has 4+ points wins the series.
- Teams must designate one player for each game. Only the scores for that player will count toward the official scoring. Each team member must be assigned to at least one game.

The first official MLG tournament will pit Ningin bloggers against gaming site Wirebot and its bloggers. Although every MLG team is united under one Mixr Kingdom, divisions must be made. The bloggers of Wirebotonia clearly feel the same way. Currently, they view us as a band of unskilled flash game warriors and are ill-prepared for what’s to come. They don’t even know where we dine, but you do. Only one Mixr site can vy for Mixr glory, and that site is Ningin! Starting Saturday, Jan. 2, WE DINE IN HELL!

Ninginers, show us your support by repeating after me:

THIS. IS. NINGIN!
