I recently marathoned the entire Majin Tantei Nou Gami Neuro manga and it was pretty good. I watched the anime but not the entire series so I don’t know where that was good or bad. I don’t see how they can compress the plot of the manga into 25 episodes though. I really like the art in the manga although the anime has a more mainstream look. It could be a bit plain at times, but some of the pages are very good. Mostly when they’re twisted faces or anything that’s not human. It also has an interesting story that doesn’t feel dragged out and progresses the story at a reasonable pace. Each story arc lasts just long enough to keep your interest. I also loved the stereotype of Americans in the manga. Lawsuits, hamburgers and pistols.

I wanted to try the anime, but never got around to it. How were the episodes you saw, Myles? Also, how long is the manga? (Is it done?)
