So, imagine you’re G-Dragon and you’re kind of famous in a super conservative country (Korea). A sizable amount of your fame is attributable to the fact that you’ve got a penchant for being mildly eccentric and obscene (in a conservative country). Some of your songs are banned from the airwaves and only people 19 years + are allowed to purchase your albums. To turn heads even further, you’ve recently performed your very first solo tour concert in which you kind of reenact sex on stage with one of your paid dancers. You only say kind-of because you were just dry humping her — none of this Akon simulated rape on stage business for you. Because of this, you’re in big trouble.

How big? This super conservative country you live in (Korea), wants to slap you with a 5 million won ($4,400+) fine and a year in jail. And maybe, a 20 million won ($17,620) fine along with a 3 year jail sentence for violating the underaged teens at the show. Below is the crime you committed:

He doesn’t need to go to jail for this. That’s just my opinion. Maybe warned and slightly fined, I guess.


In fact I just watched it after commenting.........Whoa!! I don’t want to be her because I would’vt ruined the show by passing out but being there would’ve bee nice. lol


why should he have to go to jail when in america most of outr celebrities walk around half naked and perform in practically nothing all the time. They should chill out yes maybe some G dragon fans might pass out from the hotness but..who wouldn’t? lol


Gdragon shouldnt be put in jail....he’s hot, people should pay him to see him bump and grind…

i really think the punishment is extremly harsh and honestly it wasent as bad as it could have been at least they were both decently dressed im suprised he didnt get a boner lol lol but i think at the most he should just get a fine but not jail time and nothing over like 200$


Why would you do that in a show with a bunch of underage kids? I guess his company figured since his album was available to people nineteen and older, that was going to be his audience. Honestly and fine and warning should be issued to him AND his company for not considering all possibilities of an concert.


They’re fully clothed, they’re violating underage fans HOW? They probably went freakin NUTS for it tbh. -o-’’ Such a gross overreaction, I think even the fine is way too harsh, let alone time in jail. o_o

LOL I remember Jinra!!!
That was pretty effing crazy and hilarious, but she was 18 (although there were little kids sitting next to me and their parents covered their eyes immediately lol) but he didn’t do anything like that to her like humping and what not.

Oh you know, I take any chance that I get to mention the JYP tour and the fact that you totally did not say hi to me then! Almost a year and I still can’t live that down, Jeffy. Sigh.

well considering that Akon did a very humiliating act to an UNDERAGE Girl,
violently thrusting /dry humping a girl on stage and went Scot free, I don’t that G-Dragon should take this kind of punishment.Akon apologized and that was the end of it.

I Just don’t think the punishment suits the crime. I do think that as for a citizen in Korea, she should be more careful.

Lets look at some points

A. The screencaps make look provocative, but once you watch it, the dude doesn’t even move, its pretty pitiful to even call that humping.
All he’s doing is standing next to her for one second, then he moves. The captured pose is not like what you would expect in the video.

B. They’re showing less skin than what you see in a teen show, Vampire Diaries. There’s not even cleavage or anything like that.
They are

Definitely no jail time.

If anyone went to the JYP tour this year, he did something that was super similar. It wasn’t even a big deal.
