So this was a pretty boring show. That’s what I thought for the first few minutes of the episode. Then a little girl got kidnapped which was completely unexpected and it got slightly more interesting. And then some headless horsewoman grim reaper shows up. That’s when I really woke up. It had a really slow start, but this series looks pretty interesting now. The opening is really nice too, done in a Baccano! style. It didn’t make a strong impression the same way the first episode of Baccano! did. It wasn’t nearly as chaotic either. And there’s some homo undertones too. Oh no! I can see the yaoi doujins already. Either way, I can’t wait for the next episode.
