It’s surprising that many people stateside don’t know that renowned martial artist and actor Jackie Chan is also a director. In fact, Mr. Chan has announced 100th movie called 十二生肖 (The 12 Chinese Zodiac Animals) at a press conference in Beijing on Wednesday. Working in collaboration with Stanley Tong, Chan claims that this movie will be an almost non-stop action film, featuring some fairly intensive fight scenes. Chan playfully adds that, “I think I won’t fight so fiercely as this in the future.” Now 56 years of age, Chan is famous for his self-done stunts and is blacklisted when it comes to stunt insurance. He’s like the Energizer bunny. He just keeps going and going and going.

^ Exactly, he’s done a lot, and he should just relax. He also sings/sang.

I think Jackie Chan’s time in the movie business has ended. He needs to find something better.

I think there’s still more for him to do. He just has to change up his normal movie role types.

Well his next movie he’s going to star in is, The Karate Kid remake. His roles are going to shrink rapidly as time goes by. I think he’s done quite enough. I like some of his films, they’re cool, but I think he’s over doing it.

Dude is getting old. He took care of his body through nutrition and exercise, but the paradox is all the injuries he took that are taking a toll on his body. Humans can only take so much! He’ll always be great in my book.
