Singer Jay Chou’s highly anticipated drama series entitled “Pandamen” flopped when it debuted in Taiwan last Friday. People complained that the storyline was “childish” and “convoluted.”

Jay Chou brushed off the criticism saying that his new series was “cool” and showed a new revolution in heroes. No offense, but you, Mr. Chou, are deluded. Before debuting in Taiwan, Guangzhou Television picked up the series. “Guangzhou Television reportedly paid an astronomical sum for the broadcast rights to the show, but “Pandamen” only managed to attract about 5,000 viewers on its third day, making it the lowest-rated show in the station’s history.”

Sorry, Jay, but things don’t look good.

It’s not Jay Chou’s fault, but the director.

Was it even good though? Although, it’s definitely a turn-off if you think about it.
