On February 2nd, Jane Zhang released her new album entitled “Believe In Jane.” A month or so earlier, a promo song was released called I Believe (我相信), which happens to be today’s Song of the Day!

Jane is known for her high vocal range and that is, of course, expressed in this song. The track is a mid-to-slow tempo ballad that incorporates a “small band” feel to it. The lyrics and instrumental are simple, which allows greater focus on Jane’s voice. Good song! Give it a listen below!

That was a really nice song. I like it when I hear good Cpop, it’s hard to come by. Very nice whistle register at the end.


Forgot to mention the awesome piano introduction and the amazing string of whistle register parts at the end.


this was a freaking piece of art. a saving grace of cpop.
