The composer that pretty much ’screwed’ things up for CNBlue - as many fans and netizens have claimed - finally spoke out. He basically disagreed to the netizens’ accusations of his song “I’m a loner” was plagiarized by Ynot’s song “Blue Bird” (hah! I knew it! C.N BLUE believers can believe. Haters can just go.)

On the 8th Kim Do Hoon stated:

“Beyond the current controversy surrounding ‘I’m a loner’, there have been many reports that other tracks made by me were similar and plagiarized. Moving forward, if people keep saying songs are plagiarized so easily and uploading videos of small parts that sound similar, it’s not just me but all of the other composers who will not be able to compose freely. Right now there are so many cases of plagiarism that are stirred up by netizens. These issues should be analyzed by a professional and a plagiarism case should only be determined by them. But trying to create and stir an issue using the internet without solid evidence to destroy a composer, I don’t think that’s the right thing to do.

Amen to that brother! No srsly, the only part that really sounded ‘alike’ was darididadadu part…I listened and listened and I just couldn’t make sense out of this supposedly ‘huge’ problem everyone is arguing about :/

Taegoon is in CNBlue? O_O

lol no. where did you get that?

Before everyone starts jumping down my throat with my last blog, let me say a few words.

The issue in addition is with the title of the album BLUE TORY which means blue bird, the song “accused” to be plagiarized.

As for my views on the issue, as I’ve said before Netizens have been wrong too many times about plagiarism accusations in the past.

Thus I’m pretty OPEN to this matter if this doesn’t result in a real court case, and becomes dismissed.

There are some tracks out there like LA VIDA VIDA that share a similar chord structure to ...just about a 100 songs out there because the composition was indeed “FREE GAME/License” Its like Christmas songs, no one really owns it.
