Art can be in many forms and style. Even food can be treated as art. Take Ken Kawasumi’s replica of Vincent van Gogh’s Sunflowers for example. He made it entirely out of sushi. Looks delicious but it’s one of those kind of times where you would hate to eat something so beautiful. Something like this would make a great platter for a party- it’s both decorative and edible. Looking at this picture makes me crave sushi now….
