Asian CSI (Crime Scene Investigation) star Archie Kao has just confirmed that he will be playing the lead male role in Wayne Wang’s upcoming film entitled “Snow Flower and the Secret Fan.”

The movie is based off of the novel by Lisa See and tells the story of the close relationship between two Chinese women to be played by Chinese actress Li Bingbing and South Korean actress Jeon Jihyun. There have also been rumors flying about that Hugh Jackman might be making a cameo.

The movie sounds interesting… We’ll see.
