I was shocked today when I heard someone say they had never heard about a Korean artist named Jyongri. Raised in Japan, Jyongri is a pop/RnB artist with an amazing voice. Today’s song of the day is her 2007 single entitled “Lullaby for You.”

They say the most simple things are the most beautiful. That statement holds true for this song, because, unlike a lot of today’s pop music, this song is just instrument, some basic backup vocals, and voice. The simplicity really lets you focus on her voice, which is, of course, the key attracting point to this song. The lyrics are also very beautiful, so give it a listen, and tell me what you think!

Jyongri is a very nice singer.


Aww this is one of my favorites from her. I love her voice! This makes me wanna play The World Ends With You. smile
