Debuting in 2004, Nan Quan Mama (南拳妈妈) is a Taiwanese band that has music heavily influenced by their mentor, Jay Chou. Today’s song of the day is a song off of the 2006 “Color Palette” album. The song is called “Not Far From Home” (离家不远).

“Not Far From Home” is a song that would most appropriately be categorized as “pop rock.” There’s really not much to say about it other than the instrumentals are beautifully orchestrated, and the vocals are perfectly executed. Have a listen, and tell me what you think!!
