Between 10 degrees and 40 degrees latitude north lies what we know as Asia. An area with a majority of Muslims and Buddhists is slowly but surely seeing the rise of Christianity.

“1040” is a documentary that follows minister Jaeson Ma around Asia. On his travels, he speaks to Christians and non-Christians alike to find out their views on religion. The film will show on March 12th at the 2010 City of the Angels Film Festival in Los Angeles. The film will also feature prominent Asian artists such as Vanness Wu, Jin the MC, and Sean Noh from “Jinusean” showing how religion affects the entertainment industry.
