Hong Kong actress Sharon Chan sprained her neck during the filming of the new ancient drama “Can’t Buy My Love.”

The doctor suspects that the heavy head gear that Chan had to wear for the movie caused damage to the cervical plates of her spine. After having had therapy for about a month now, Chan still has to wear a brace when not filming, as to prevent further damage.

Sharon says that, “Fortunately, the filming is nearly finished. The company have told me not to risk it. I will take some time off work to rest.”
