In Japan, a 42-year-old man drove his car on some train tracks and ended up colliding with a single carriage train. Fortunately the train had no passengers and the drivers of both the car and the train were miraculously unharmed.

After capturing the man, police questioned him on why he would drive on the tracks. They suspected alcohol or drugs were involved and made him take a urine test. The results of the test proved him guilty. However he denied ever using drugs and told them that he had mistaken the train tracks for a road. Right…..

The man was arrested for using illegal stimulants.

im always paranoid of being near train tracks. i used to always have to walk across them on the way to school and one time i tripped on it, i could see the train but it was going super slow… like snail slow XD

Wow, driving on train tracks and mistaking it for a road? That’s kind of a fail excuse, but yeah...glad no one was hurt!
